Online Purchases Exchange/Return Policy

Exchange Policy (Online Purchase)

If for any reason you wish to exchange an item, you can use any of the two options, within 15 days of purchase.

Option 1

Exchange from home. Our courier partners will collect and replace items from your doorstep. The charge for this service is Rs. 200/-.

Attach mobile video of old product with tags attached/uncut and in original condition.

Option 2

This service is free of cost. All you need to do is to send/drop the products with the original receipt, original tags attached/uncut and packing material at our address. 1012, 10th floor, Al Hafeez Heights Gulberg 3 Lahore, Ph# 0300-0845377, along with the following details.

After inspection, our team will dispatch the required products.

NOTE: Before proceeding, please visit www.fittedshop.com and see the items and sizes that are displayed as available, from any category.

Items already exchanged, are not applicable for return/exchange.
Items purchased at full price will be exchanged at the current price only.

Return for a Refund (Online Purchase)

We want you to love our products as much as we do, and believe our quality is second to none.

If for any reason you wish to return an item for a refund, we have 15 days no questions asked return and exchange policy. All you need to do is to send us the items with original receipt, original tags attached/uncut and packing material with the following details. Please note, refunds are typically processed within 4 working days and are completed via IBFT. In some cases, it may take up to 6 working days.

If for any reason you wish to exchange an item, you can exchange it from the store, within 15 days of purchase, with original tags attached/uncut and in original condition and original receipt. 

Items bought in-store are not applicable for refund.
